A Walk Under the Bridge

At Sailwinds Park, there is a great walk down a nice decked path that takes you past the visitor's center, through some natural landscaped area and under the Choptank River bridges. You end up on the old bridge, which is now a fishing pier or a great walking area.

Old Trinity Church

Old Trinity Church is a historic church and cemetery located near Church Creek, Maryland. The Episcopal church was founded here by English settlers in 1692, and is still active today. The cemetery is kept by historic standards, and is a a beautiful and peaceful place to walk.

Frazier's Chapel Cemetery

Frazier's Chapel was originally built in 1765 in Preston, MD and includes an historic cemetery located behind the current Bethesda United Methodist Church, which was built in 1875. There are many historic markers here and almost all of them are white with lovely carvings.

Spocott Windmill

The Spocott Windmill is a reproduction of a windmill,which was originally constructed around 1850 near Cambridge, MD, but was knocked down by a blizzard.

Historical Society Gardens

The Talbot County Historical Society’s gardens are a beautiful place to visit all year round, but especially in the spring and summer when it’s lush, green and full of flowers. It’s located off of Washington St, behind the Historical Society building.

Ingress Obsidian Win - MD DE ENL Recharge Room

For the final anomaly of the Ingress Obsidian series, the nearest primary site was Orlando Florida. Over 1300km away, most of us locals could not make it down. Since we still wanted to help our team (Go Enlightened!), agent Zombpika decided to hold a "Recharge Room". Various Ingress agents traveling along the east coast delivered portal keys from the anomaly site portals to our, and several others', recharge rooms. This allowed us to recharge those portals remotely, helping our team to keep the ones we needed to keep.
