Last week we had five days off for snow days, this week so far we've had two. My two boys were really excited about the first few, making sure to play in the snow until they couldn't feel their fingers and coming in with a valid demand for hot cocoa.

Now, however, they are chomping at the bit ready to go back to school. One misses his friends and the other is worried that the turtles aren't being fed properly, since that's his job and he's not there.
